OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

POSITION: Operations Administrator
REPORTS TO: Finance and Operations Manager
CONTRACT: Full-time /Permanent
LOCATION: Our national office is based at Tallaght in south Dublin.

MODEL OF WORKING: The organisation is operating a blended working
model for the foreseeable future, subject to review based on
organisational needs

JOB PURPOSE

The role of Operations Administrator is to provide support to the
Finance and Operations Manager in delivery of high-quality timely and
professional operations support to the Organisation. The role is
responsible for developing and organising administrative activities /
processes that will facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the
operations of Early Childhood Ireland. This is an excellent
opportunity for the right candidate who wants to be involved in an
innovative team looking to drive real operational, people and cultural
change aligned to strategic objectives.

They role will support the entire Organisation and play a pivotal role
in the achievement of our mission, which is to support and empower our
members to provide the highest quality Early Learning and Care and
School Age Childcare services for children.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to make a

development.

The successful candidate will work within the Operations Team and
report to the Finance and Operations Manager.
